Healthy Cooking Workshop for Seniors Join the AIWCC (Alberta Immigrant Women & Children Centre) Seniors Program for a fun and welcoming cooking session designed for immigrant and newcomer seniors. Participants will have the opportunity to practice English conversation while learning how to prepare healthy, affordable meals on a budget. This program is open to newcomer seniors.
