Join us for an evening exploring how modular construction can support the delivery of multifamily residential infill and middle housing in Edmonton and across Alberta. This in-person event brings together housing, planning, design, and municipal leaders to share insights into the opportunities and challenges of delivering more housing through innovative construction and development approaches.

The evening will include opportunities to connect with fellow industry professionals, learn more about middle housing from Darlene Jehn, and hear perspectives on municipal planning and housing delivery from representatives of the Canada Housing and Mortgage Corporation (CMHC) and the City of Edmonton, followed by a moderated panel discussion on the future of modular housing and infill development.

Agenda: 6:00 PM | Entry 6:15 PM – 6:30 PM | Opening Remarks: Welcome and opening remarks from CMHC and the City of Edmonton 6:30 PM – 6:45 PM | Introduction to Middle Housing: Darlene Jehn will introduce middle housing and its role in creating more diverse and attainable housing options within established communities. 6:45 PM – 7:00 PM | Break: Refreshments and networking opportunity. 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM | Panel Discussion
